TRAINING DESIGN

Learning Design - Creating New Knowledge and Skills

Telling isn’t the same as teaching ….here at One Day Training we believe it’s about putting into action what you have learned. Using the skills you have just learned, to get experience with the new techniques, is actually the key point.

If you have new software, or a new policy, procedure or a new product to sell, then we can create the learning materials. Instructional design is the method used to create meaningful, worthwhile and memorable learning sessions that will see your staff get to grips with the changes.  We can also run the training sessions or train your staff to run the sessions themselves.

Having great support material is important so that the staff know what to do. Providing the tools and techniques to the staff, is just as important as the launch of something new. Let us help your roll-out project succeed by getting the staff engaged.

Contact us when you are scoping your project; then we can suggest what to add to your plan for a successful roll-out.

Everyone learns from experience, let's learn by doing.
