To help with team communication, working style and trust, we can hold workshops using:

MBTI

Team and Individual profiling – using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment. An online assessment is completed by each person, then a 45 minute debrief of their report is provided. We can then work on development, performance or creating a better work style to improve teamwork. Teams can complete the assessment and then we can create a half day team building day to learn more about the team mates workstyles and preferences.

The MBTI logo is a trademark or registered trademark of The Myers & Briggs Foundation in the United States and other countries.

DiSC

The DiSC profile is a non-judgemental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. If you complete a DiSC profile, you'll answer a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You'll also receive tips related to working with other communication styles.

DiSC stands for:

  • Dominance
  • Influence
  • Steadiness
  • Contentiousness

2 - 3 three hour workshops can be helpful for teams to explore their communication styles.
